We completely get it, we change our minds too! We do offer cancelllation of the order if the order has not been shipped yet. Once a shipping label is created an order can no longer be cancelled. Typically all our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Although our store is not yet ready for in person shopping, we do offer local GTA pickup for orders placed on our website. Use code PICKUP when placing your order to waive shipping fees. We will be in touch via email with pick-up instructions once your order is ready for pick-up.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, although we primarily ship to the US and Canada. We offer service to UK, Autralia, and most European contries. Please check individual items for shipping availiabilities to your country. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Once your custom order is placed, we will pack and ship your order within two business days.

All our DIY kits are designed to include everything you need to create your balloon garland kit!
Each kit contains - all Balloons, a balloon garland strip to hold all the balloons together, glue dot to attach the small balloons, and easy to follow step by step instructions for easy and smooth construction.

Although our balloons are not treated to be shiny or sparkly, all biodegradable balloons are manufactured with the same standard finish. When balloons are inflated and exposed to warm weather and the sun, they oxidize. The oxidizing process causes the balloons to obtain a very matte and velvet texture. This is the only way to achieve a matte balloon texture. There are no balloons that are naturally manufactured in a velvet matte finish.

Typically balloons inflated with air and kept indoor at room temperature can last 2-3 weeks.
Although the longevity of balloons inflated with air is rather long, we recommend inflating your garlands the night before an event – just to be safe!

Balloons inflated with helium last 24 - 48 hours. For latex balloons inflated with helium to last up to 48 hours they must be treated with Hi-float.

We make our balloons garland kits as easy and quick to assemble as possible! Time frames for assembly will vary based on garland size. A 6FT - 8FT garland can take 1-2 hours to assemble. We do recommend an electric balloon pump to speed up the process.

Although most garlands will last 1-3 weeks when inflated and kept indoors, we recommend inflating your garland the night before or day of event. Balloons tend to have a personality of their own, this recommendation is earring on the side of caution.

A double layered balloon is one balloon layered inside another balloon. This technique is often used to achieve unique colors. Because the balloons are double layered, when they are flat, you will only be able to see the outer balloon colors. You will need to inflate the balloons to see the true color as the balloon color will completely transform when inflated.

Double layering does not contribute to how "Matte" balloons may look. Balloons become matte through the process of oxidizing when they interact with sun and warm weather.

If your kit includes double layered balloons, please inflate them as is and do not pull them apart.

Although it is possible to inflate double layered balloons with a regular hand pump. It is easier to inflate double layered balloons with an electric pump.
