Please note all balloons ship flat, this is a DIY kit to be assembled by the consumer! Balloons should be filled with air to achieve this look. 18" Heart shaped balloons and 11" baby pink balloons can be inflated with helium and will float.

Heart Shaped balloons are self sealing and do not need to be tied at the end.
